Step 5: You collect payment.
Although you are welcome to bill patients, for most treatments you should be able to collect the discounted amount from the member in full before he/she leaves your office. Members come to you prepared for this payment arrangement, so you increase patient flow with no concurrent increase in your Accounts Receivable.
