MultiPlan 2010 Holiday Card Program

We are now accepting submissions for the MultiPlan Holiday Card Program. One of MultiPlan’s most popular philanthropic initiatives, the Holiday Card Program collects holiday-inspired drawings from pediatric patients in hospitals participating in any of MultiPlan’s PPO networks and posts them here on our website for a public vote. The five drawings that receive the most votes will be featured on MultiPlan’s holiday card that we send to MultiPlan contacts around the country. In addition, hospitals submitting entries will receive a supply of boxed holiday cards, courtesy of MultiPlan, for use in fundraising and to sell in their gift shops.

Winners will be announced the week of October 18.

Program Rules and Guidelines

  • Hospitals may submit an unlimited number of drawings; however, only one entry per artist will be accepted.
  • Drawings must be the original work of a pediatric patient at a hospital participating in any of MultiPlan’s networks (PHCS, MultiPlan, HealthEOS, Beech Street, and Texas True Choice).
  • Drawings of copyrighted images are not eligible.
  • Drawings should be on 8 ½” x 11” plain white, unlined paper.
  • The artist’s name and hospital name must be included on the reverse side of the drawing.
  • A signed copy of the Parent/Guardian Release Form must accompany each entry.
  • All drawings meeting program guidelines will be posted on MultiPlan’s website.

Important Dates:

  • September 15, 2010 – deadline for entries
  • September 27 - October 8, 2010 – voting period
  • Week of October 18, 2010 – winners announced
  • November 2010 – cards mailed to hospitals
