Benefits Package

Medical Insurance - We offer a comprehensive medical plan for individual or family coverage. Premiums are paid through payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis.

Dental Insurance - We offer individual or family dental coverage. The plan covers preventive care, minor and major restoration. Orthodontia benefit is available for dependents up to age 18. Premiums are paid through payroll deduction on a pretax basis.

401(k) Plan - Regular full and part-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. Employees may contribute a portion of their pretax earnings up to the maximum yearly limit set by the IRS. MultiPlan will match a percentage of an employee's eligible compensation.

Life Insurance - Our company-paid insurance plan provides insurance based on eligible employee's annual base salary rounded to the nearest thousand.

Optional and Dependent Life Insurance - Additional employee-paid life insurance options are available for eligible employees, their spouses and/or dependent(s).

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability - Both plans provide a salary replacement program for eligible employees in the case of short-term and long-term absences due to qualified illness or injury. The cost of this benefit is paid by MultiPlan.

Paid Time Off - We offer a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) package to eligible employees. PTO may be used for vacations, personal or family illness, doctor or dentist appointments, holidays not on the company schedule, or for any other personal reasons.

Holidays - MultiPlan offices are closed and employees are paid for certain designated holidays.

Tuition Assistance/Educational Reimbursement - We reimburse eligible employees for career-related college degree programs.

Flexible Spending Account - The Flexible Spending Account allows participants to use pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket medical and dental expenses or dependent care expenses, within IRS guidelines.

Employee Assistance Program - Employees and their family members can receive confidential counseling on a variety of issues related to stress, finances, work and family life through our Employee Assistance Program. The cost of this benefit is paid by MultiPlan.
